Have you ever....

Been on an email list that went silent for so long you forgot you were on it? So when you finally get an email, you're thinking, did I sign up for this? Well, this is that time and for one reason or another (seriously, it could be Plexus, it could be art, or it could be reiki or yoga) you did sign up for this!

It doesn't mean you have to stay, though I really would miss you. It just means that today, you have options. If you're here for my ART--I've got some exciting news. I am going to be showing/selling some of my work at Studio136 Gallery at 136 Church Avenue in High Point, NC. Page Gleeson, head artist and owner of the studio, reached out to me to inquire if I'd want to show my work there. Of course I would. Who is seeing it at my house? No one. This invitation arrived at the perfect time, as I have several ideas for new collections rolling around in my head. Stay tuned!

We've planned a social Friday night Artist Meet and Greet on Friday, August 15th, 5pm until 9pm. Come on by and see me, meet other artists and check out this amazing space full of local artists work. It's fabulous!!

Upcoming Fall Classes

Energy 101 - A 2-hour, in-person exploration of the energetic foundations that shape your inner and outer world. In this intro class, we’ll unpack the language of Universal energy, auras, chakras, and meridians—and practice simple, powerful techniques to clear and protect your own energy. Think of it as spiritual hygiene for sensitives, seekers, and soul explorers. This will be offered in High Point on Sunday, September 21st from 1pm - 3pm. Class is limited to 12 people. Reiki I &II - Usui Lineage - An in-person course. A powerful initiation into Reiki as a spiritual practice and healing tool. In this two-part training, we’ll explore the foundational principles of Usui Reiki, receive attunements, and learn how to channel Universal energy for self-healing and supporting others. Expect transformation, trust, and deep remembrance of your divine connection.

Crystal Shopping Field Trip in Greensboro, NC - I am collecting names and availability dates of those interested in visiting my friend, Marie. Marie has studied with some of the best in the world for crystal and spirituality. Her shop is now in the basement of her home and she has graciously offered to open up for us. Please hit reply and let me know if you are interested. Many of my own crystals come from her shop. We will make arrangements to go visit her on a Saturday morning.
