Energy 101 - A 2-hour, in-person exploration of the energetic foundations that shape your inner and outer world. In this intro class, we’ll unpack the language of Universal energy, auras, chakras, and meridians—and practice simple, powerful techniques to clear and protect your own energy. Think of it as spiritual hygiene for sensitives, seekers, and soul explorers.
