• Session One – Introduction & Deep Relaxation: Your body becomes acquainted with the healing energy. Clients often say they receive the most restorative sleep in years after this session.
• Session Two – Deeper Activation: Your energetic system begins to open. I often feel your body “pulling” Reiki through me like a thirsty flower drawing water.
• Session Three – Integration & Expansion: Now fully attuned to Universal energy, your system welcomes balance and lightness.
